Guardian came out and cleared a sink drain That a big company told me was a crushed pipe under the house and wanted $6,000 to excavate and replace. Turns out the pipe didn't even run under the house! Guardian cleared it for a fraction of that cost and no digging or pipe replacement. Thank you Guard...
